Operator and acceptance

ravona.store and the RAVONA brand are operated by Qazo LLC. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website to place an order.

Accounts and customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting RAVONA. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account where permitted by law.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions and other information accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and normal material variation may affect how a product appears.

Products, colors, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Pricing

Prices are those displayed on ravona.store at the time of checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors. Promotions, discounts and availability may change.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, RAVONA may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected order and refund amounts received as appropriate.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, availability, fraud and security review, and acceptance by RAVONA.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, an obvious listing error or another legitimate operational reason. Where payment has already been captured, applicable amounts will be refunded.

Payments and taxes

Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment services and may be subject to their additional terms.

Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on the information available for the order and delivery destination. Customers remain responsible for any legally applicable amount not collected at checkout.

Shipping and returns

RAVONA currently ships to the United States and Canada. Complimentary standard delivery, processing estimates, delivery estimates, return eligibility, customer-paid return shipping and refund procedures are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Eligible RAVONA products are covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. The warranty addresses qualifying functional defects and failures under normal intended use and excludes cosmetic-only damage and the other exclusions stated in that policy.

Intellectual property

The RAVONA name, branding, website design, text, product presentation, graphics, photographs and other original content on ravona.store are owned by or licensed to Qazo LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, conduct fraudulent transactions, scrape the service in a way that materially disrupts operation or use ravona.store for unlawful purposes.

Website availability and third-party services

We may update, maintain, suspend or change website features when reasonably necessary. ravona.store may also rely on third-party payment, hosting, analytics, shipping or other services that are not entirely under our control.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, Qazo LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction, losses caused by misuse of a product or website, or delays and failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when our products, services, operations or legal requirements change. The version published on ravona.store at the time of your transaction will apply to that transaction except where law requires otherwise.
